Source Parking Garage
The Source Parking Garage, an 110,000 square foot site-cast concrete structure, provides 300 new parking spaces to serve the Source marketplace, the Source Hotel, and the increasing demands of the quickly developing RiNo neighborhood in Denver, CO. The garage was carefully designed to accommodate the extremely tight and complex site requirements. The garage sits 2 feet from the historic masonry Source building, alongside a major water easement being concurrently constructed, and coordinates with the design of a new hotel. Careful planning and communication between the multiple parties involved in the design resulted in a well-executed and much needed addition to the growing neighborhood.
