Pennsylvania Cannabis Cultivation Facility
The 100,000 SF facility is under construction and expected to be operational in mid-2021. The facility will include 75,000 SF space within a pre-manufactured metal building plus 25,000 SF of attached greenhouse. When complete, there will be over 40,000 SF of cultivation space; this will be expanded through the use of multi-level moveable racking systems in the Flower and Veg rooms. Other functions include butane extraction, ethanol processing; 3 full commercial kitchens with provide space for Owner use as well as collaboration with processing partners. The facility has been design to comply with FDA CGMP requirements, positioning it among the most advanced cannabis cultivation facilities in the nation.
